We are immediately seeking a **Customer Service Representative (m/f/d)** in full-time.

Currently, you are working remotely from home – in about 9 months we will move to our new office in Hannover, after which work will be on-site.

Your responsibilities

• Processing customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat (not a call center)
• Support for inquiries about products, orders, delivery, and returns
• Solution-oriented collaboration with logistics, procurement, and claims management
• Documentation and maintenance of processes in the ticketing system
• Introducing ideas for optimizing our processes and customer satisfaction

What you bring:

• Experience in customer service – ideally in e-commerce or the furniture sector
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
• Additional language skills (English, Polish, French, or Dutch) are a significant plus
• Proficient handling of digital tools & systems (e.g., email systems, CRM, Helpdesk)
• Structured workflow, personal responsibility, and team spirit
• Friendly, empathetic, and solution-oriented communication
