Withdrawal policy

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you You must inform us (LB24 International GmbH, Jathostr.11a., 30163 Hannover, Germany, Tel.: 051193680684, Email: info@luxusbetten24.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) informing us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which the goods have arrived at our warehouse. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. 

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send off the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

We will collect the goods.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The costs are estimated at a maximum of approximately EUR 129.

You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling of them which was not necessary to examine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
