Shipping

We offer a variety of shipping options that may vary depending on the product and delivery country. Due to our continuously expanding range, it is no longer possible for us to provide flat-rate shipping fees.

Therefore, you will find all available services and shipping options including the respective costs directly on the product page under the tab "Services". This way, you can see at a glance which shipping methods are offered for your desired product – including delivery type, assembly options, and, if applicable, old furniture removal.

Overview of shipping methods:

Parcel shipping (e.g., smaller items):

  • Shipping via GLS

  • Shipment tracking via GLS Tracking

Freight shipping "free to curbside":

  • Delivery by Mebel Taxi or Noerpel freight company

  • Delivery Monday to Friday

  • Notification of delivery date by phone or SMS (4-hour time window)

  • Delivery is made to the curbside (no carrying into the apartment)

Freight shipping "free to place of use":

  • Delivery by Mebel Taxi or DHL 2-man handling

  • Delivery Monday to Friday (in exceptional cases also Saturdays)

  • Notification of delivery date by phone or SMS (4-hour time window)

  • Carrying to the place of use (no assembly, no packaging disposal)

  • Carrying only up to the 4th floor 

Freight shipping "free to place of use including assembly":

  • As above, additionally with assembly and packaging disposal by the delivery team

Notes on old furniture removal:

If you choose old furniture removal, please note:

  • Only one identical piece of furniture will be collected at a time (e.g., sofa for sofa)

  • Furniture must be ready for transport (e.g., disassembled, empty)

  • Electrically adjustable furniture (e.g., with motor) is excluded from transport

  • The new parking space must be free and accessible (especially for booked assembly)
