Manufacturing & Quality

At Luxusbetten24 we place great importance on collaborating with selected production sites throughout Europe – from small, family-run workshops to modern factories. Depending on the product and manufacturing step, we combine traditional craftsmanship with efficient, contemporary production processes.

In the workshops, many details are created with the utmost care and artisanal expertise, while larger production facilities ensure consistently high quality and fair prices.

Our claim remains clear: High-quality design does not have to be expensive. This is how durable, stylish furniture is created at fair prices.

Frequently Asked Questions

About our sofas

Can I also leave the sofa free-standing in the room?

Most of our sofas are fully upholstered, which means they also look good from the back and can be placed freely in the room without any problem. You can find details in the respective product description - or simply ask us directly.

Can I also pay in installments?

Yes, of course! With us, you can conveniently pay by installments via PayPal or our 0% financing. The selection and processing take place directly at checkout - simple, transparent, and flexible according to your needs.

Is the sofa delivered to the apartment free of charge?

Yes! All our sofas are carried into your home free of charge - with no extra cost.

For some larger models, free assembly is even included. You can find all the details above under “Services” on the product page.

Are the sofas also suitable for households with pets?

Yes, in principle all of our sofas are also suitable for pet owners. Our velvet and faux leather models are particularly recommended, as they are not only durable but also water-repellent and easy to care for.

We would be pleased to provide you with personal advice for an individual recommendation based on your pet and preferred fabric.

How do I properly care for my sofa?

Our fabrics are durable and easy to care for. In most cases, it is sufficient to vacuum the surface regularly and clean it with a damp cloth when needed. For particularly thorough and material-friendly care, we recommend our upholstery cleaner from Luxusbetten24, which was specially developed for delicate fabrics such as bouclé or Corduroy. Please do not use a regular vacuum cleaner with a hard brush - this can damage fine weaves. Special upholstery attachments or handheld vacuum cleaners with a soft nozzle are better suited. For particularly delicate materials, we will gladly provide you with individual care instructions on request.

Is there a warranty?

Certainly. Our sofas come with a statutory warranty of 2 years. However, many of our customers sleep contentedly in them for much longer – because quality pays off.

We are available for you Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00, by email, phone, or chat.
