How do I properly care for my sofa?

Our fabrics are robust and easy to care for. In most cases, it is sufficient to regularly vacuum the surface and clean it with a damp cloth if necessary. For particularly thorough and gentle care, we recommend our upholstery cleaner from Luxusbetten24, which has been specially developed for delicate fabrics such as bouclé or Corduroy. Please do not use a regular vacuum cleaner with a hard brush – this can damage fine fabrics. Special upholstery attachments or handheld vacuum cleaners with soft nozzles are better suited. For particularly delicate materials, we are happy to provide you with individual care instructions upon request.

Is there a warranty?

Wir warten nun schon seit dem 08.04.2026 bis heute (27.05.2026) auf eine Ersatzlieferung fehlender Metallbügel für unsere Couch (Designer Sofa Lazy L in Cord). Wir haben am Tag der Lieferung dem Verkäufer Luxusbetten24 mitgeteilt, dass die Ware unvollständig ist. Daraufhin kam sofort eine Antwort, dass die fehlenden Teile nachgeliefert werden. Bis heute ist die Ersatzlieferung nicht angekommen und auf weitere E-Mails von unserer Seite, erfolgt keine Reaktion mehr vom Verkäufer. Wir sind sehr enttäuschend und möchten andere Käufer hiermit warnen!

Ein halbes Jahr mit der Schlafsofa

Ich habe diese Schlafsofa jetzt seit einem halben Jahr in Gebrauch. Ursprünglich habe ich sie mit der Absicht gekauft, sie hauptsächlich als Bett zu nutzen. Obwohl die Lieferzeit mit fast fünf Wochen lang war, fand ich es super, dass der Lieferdienst das Sofa direkt in die Wohnung gebracht hat – nicht nur bis vor die Haustür unten.
Die Couch musste praktisch nicht aufgebaut werden; nach dem Auspacken konnte ich sie direkt hinstellen. Die Schaumstoffpolster geben guten Halt, sie sind fester als meine aktuelle Matratze, und selbst nach einem halben Jahr haben sie sich nicht durchgelegen oder sind eingesackt. Ich muss sagen, sie ist sogar bequemer als mein richtiges Bett.
Die Farbe entspricht dem Bild und gefällt mir sehr gut – retro Türkis.

Zwei Verbesserungsvorschläge hätte ich:
1. Der L‑förmige Rückenlehnenbereich verformt sich relativ leicht und wölbt sich nach außen, was optisch etwas stört.
2. Der Bezug lässt sich nur sehr schwer abnehmen. Ich habe es mehrmals versucht, aber ich bekomme ihn nicht ab. Vielleicht gibt es einen guten Trick dafür?
Insgesamt bieten dieses Sofa ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und eine sehr ansprechende Optik. Das Design ist schlicht, der Aufbau einfach, die Polster bieten guten Halt – eine klare Empfehlung.
